Supervision and Management Skills training
This course, Supervision and Management Skills, provided me with an understanding of the the skills and tools needed to supervise and manage others. I learn how to set expectations, how to set goals, how to assign work, degrees of delegation, implementing delegation, and providing feedback. I am able to explain how to best manage my time, resolve conflict, tips for special situations, and a survival guide for the new supervisor. I also learned about team building through chemistry, including understanding teams, the team development model, chemistry in teams, and diversity.
